Our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) oversees compliance with this Policy and can be contacted for data-related inquiries as described in Section 15 of this Policy.

How We Use Your Personal Data
okayply uses the personal data we collect about you for the following specific purposes. We do not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with those stated below without obtaining your prior consent:
- Account Registration and Management: To create, verify, and maintain your okayply player account, including processing your initial registration, applying age verification checks (21+ as required under PAGCOR guidelines), and managing account settings and security preferences.
- KYC and Identity Verification: To verify your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. This includes cross-referencing your submitted documents against third-party verification services where necessary.

- Fraud Prevention and AML Compliance: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other illegal conduct. okayply is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
- Responsible Gaming: To administer responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. Gaming behaviour data is used to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling and to trigger welfare interventions where appropriate.
- Customer Support: To respond to your queries, complaints, and dispute notifications via live chat and email. Support communications are recorded and retained as described in Section 8.

Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, okayply processes your personal data under the following lawful bases:
- Consent: Where you have freely given, specific, and informed consent to the processing of your personal data — for example, when opting in to receive marketing communications or when providing sensitive personal information for KYC purposes.
- Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and okayply (our Terms and Conditions) — for example, processing your personal data to create your account, process deposits, deliver games, and pay out winnings.
- Legal Obligation: Where processing is required to comply with a legal obligation to which okayply is subject — for example, identity verification under PAGCOR regulations, AML transaction monitoring and reporting under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and data retention requirements under applicable Philippine law.
- Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of okayply or a third party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests — for example, fraud prevention, platform security monitoring, and improving our services through aggregated analytics.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
okayply does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share your personal data only to the extent necessary and only with the following categories of recipients, each of whom is contractually bound to process your data in accordance with applicable privacy law:
- Payment Service Providers: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Maya Philippines), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency processing partners — solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and AML screening services that assist okayply in verifying player identities and screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases.
- Game Technology Providers: Licensed game software providers (including JILI, PG Soft, and live dealer studios) that deliver game content to the Platform. These providers may process your Player ID and gaming activity data to operate games and calculate results.
- Customer Support Technology Providers: Live chat and ticketing system providers that facilitate the delivery of our 24/7 customer support services.
- Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Professional Advisers: Lawyers, auditors, accountants, and insurers where necessary for the conduct of okayply's business, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
okayply will never share your personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or analytics firms for the purpose of profiling you for advertising outside of the Platform. Any third-party data processing agreements are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure continued compliance with RA 10173.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The okayply Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate core Platform functions, analyse usage patterns, and (where consented) deliver relevant promotional content. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. okayply uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include session authentication tokens, security cookies, and load-balancing cookies. No consent is required for these cookies.
- Functional Cookies: These remember your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and responsible gaming limit settings to provide you with a personalised experience across sessions.
- Analytics Cookies: These collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players interact with the Platform — such as pages visited, time spent on each section, and error encounters — to help us improve Platform performance and usability.
- Marketing Cookies (consent required): Where you have provided explicit consent, these cookies track your Platform activity and may be used to deliver relevant okayply promotions and bonus offers tailored to your gaming preferences. You may withdraw this consent at any time via your account's cookie preference settings.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair your ability to use certain features of the Platform, including logging in and accessing your account balance.
Data Retention
okayply retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
| Data Category | Retention Period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration and identity data | Duration of account + 5 years after closure | PAGCOR regulations; AML Act |
| Financial transaction records | 10 years from transaction date | AML Act (RA 9160); BIR requirements |
| Gaming activity and bet history | Duration of account + 5 years after closure | PAGCOR regulatory requirements |
| Customer support communications | 3 years from date of communication | Legitimate interests; dispute resolution |
| Marketing consent records | Until consent withdrawn + 3 years | RA 10173 accountability requirement |
| Technical and device data (logs) | 12 months on a rolling basis | Security monitoring; fraud prevention |
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any individual player. Where data cannot be immediately deleted due to system backup cycles, it will be isolated and protected from further active processing until deletion is completed.
Data Security
okayply takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements robust technical and organisational measures designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, and disclosure. Our security measures include:
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the okayply Platform is protected by 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Sensitive data stored in our databases, including identity documents and financial records, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms.
- Access Controls: Access to personal data within okayply's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff members who handle personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and undergo regular data privacy training.
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Administrative access to systems processing player data requires multi-factor authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their okayply accounts.
- Penetration Testing and Security Audits: Our Platform undergoes regular security assessments, including third-party penetration testing, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
- Incident Response: okayply maintains a documented personal data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will communicate with affected players as required under RA 10173.
While okayply implements best-practice security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage all players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond to use strong, unique passwords for their okayply accounts and to report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately via live chat.

- Right to Rectification: The right to request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by okayply be corrected or completed without unreasonable delay.

- Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated. The NPC can be reached at its official government website.
How to Exercise Your Rights: Data subject rights requests may be submitted to our Data Protection Officer via the live chat support channel on the Platform or by email to [email protected]. okayply will respond to all rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by the NPC. We may require identity verification before processing a rights request to protect your account security.
Children's Privacy
The okayply Platform is strictly intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's age restriction requirements for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. okayply does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from any individual under the age of 21.
During registration, all applicants are required to verify their age by providing a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Where okayply has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is below the minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification, and any balance held may be withheld pending investigation.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on okayply, please contact our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. We will take immediate steps to verify the situation and, where confirmed, close the account and delete all associated personal data to the extent not required for regulatory compliance.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
In the course of delivering the okayply Platform, some of your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside of the Philippines — for example, where our cloud infrastructure providers, game technology partners, or KYC verification services are located in other jurisdictions.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, okayply ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include:
- Contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission or equivalent standard contractual clauses recognised under applicable data protection frameworks.
- Transfers to countries determined by the NPC to provide an adequate level of data protection.
- Binding corporate rules or equivalent intragroup transfer agreements where data is shared within the okayply corporate group.
By using the okayply Platform and accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred internationally as described above.
Third-Party Links and Services
The okayply Platform may contain references to third-party services — such as payment providers like GCash and PayMaya — whose privacy practices are governed by their own separate privacy policies. okayply is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourages players to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they interact with in connection with using the Platform.
Where you are redirected to a third-party payment gateway to complete a transaction, the personal and financial data you enter on that gateway is processed by the relevant payment service provider under their own terms and privacy policy, and is not within okayply's direct control once you have left the Platform.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
okayply reserves the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable legal requirements, or the nature of the Platform. When material changes are made to this Policy, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your registered account.
The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available at okayply.net/privacy-policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal data.
Your continued use of the okayply Platform following publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree with any material changes to this Policy, you may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
